How quickly will my order arrive?

We aim to get all orders out within 3-5 working days excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive. However, if your order is for a special occasion please let us know when ordering and we will endeavour to send your parcel out as timely as possible.


When is your showroom open?

Our showroom is open from 10-5pm on a Monday and a Friday and the last Saturday of the month. This excludes Bank Holidays. If you would like to visit us on another day, please contact us and we will do our very best to accomodate you.


Do you sell gift vouchers?

Gift vouchers are now available online as well as in store. Please read Terms and Conditions to find out more.


Do you only deliver to the UK mainland?

Our standard delivery charge only applies to the UK mainland, we do however deliver to the Highlands and Ireland for a standard charge of £9.95 depending on the size of the parcel. We can also quote for deliveries overseas. All delivery information is available under Delivery, Refunds and Returns.


How grey are the Extra Large Wicker Wall Hearts?

The Extra Large Wicker Wall Hearts are a natural wicker product so will never be a true flat grey. They are however on the greyer side of a natural wicker product but will vary from heart to heart and each batch received can also be slightly different.


How do I hang my Extra Large Wicker Wall Heart?

We recommend drilling a hole in your wall, place a raw plug in and then a long enough screw to hold your heart, then simply place your heart on the screw. Please ensure all safety precautions are taken.


I live locally, can I collect my parcel?

That’s no problem, we recommend buying online to avoid missing out and then we will refund your postage. Just let us know when completing your order via your order form or email.
